For this process, login to your paypal account,
Hover the cursor on profile button, select "update Card" under "my money" button.
Give the Card Number, its expiry date and CSC of the card and click on add card button.
CSC code can be found on the back of the card. Last three digits after the card number are called CSC.
When You add a card, go to update card menu, click on confirm card. After it, paypal will charge $1.95 from your master card in between 24 hours period.
Login to your payoneer account, check the transaction list in which you will find a transaction from paypal. Click on that transaction. A popup will be appeared in which merchant name will include a four digit code. This four digit code will be used to confirm debit card on paypal.
Now log in to paypal account, go to update card meny, click on confirm card button. Put this 4 digits code in the confirmation box and press enter. Your card is linked and connected now and your $500 monthly withdrawl limit is lifted.
